Delete a PelQi account

You can delete your PelQi account yourself, in the app or on the web.

In the PelQi app or on the web

1. Sign in to PelQi on the web, or open the PelQi app on iPhone, iPad or Android.
2. Open your account at the bottom of the menu (your name and plan), choose Settings, then You.
3. Under Delete my PelQi, type your password and choose Delete.

What is deleted

Your account and everything PelQi keeps with it are deleted straight away: its memory of you, your conversations, photos, files, notes, reminders, scheduled tasks, agents, connected accounts and calendars, and the devices that get your notifications. Lists and the family calendar belong to your household, so they stay while another grown-up is in it. If you are the only grown-up in your household, the children's profiles go too. A paid plan stops renewing.

If you are the only owner of a PelQi Work workspace that others use, make someone else an owner there first. To remove PelQi on Google's or Microsoft's side too, remove it in that account's settings.

Payment records stay with Stripe, our payment processor, as the law requires. Backups are gone within 30 days.

Cannot sign in?

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we delete it within 30 days.
